well Michi just to make my point of breaking out more clear

when you are in sleep paralysis you can't move your legs, abdomen, shoulders arms or neck/head
but you should definitely be able to move your eyes, possibly swallow, control your breath rate at least to some extent

but ignore all that, while you can't move your legs or feet, you can wiggle the tips of your toes
while you can't move your shoulder or arms or even hands, you can wiggle the tips of your fingers

just as long as you do it just at the tips

the second you do you should feel your arms/legs unparalyze and feel like a weight is lifted from your chest even if you didn't realize there seemed to be one.
