What is supposed to happen after SSILD?

I was wondering, after trying SSILD, what is meant to happen exactly? Do you get like a DILD or something?

It has more effects, it raises the possibility to have a spontan dild, so when a regular dream going on, u can turn into lucid. But i think more often times happens, when u doing the ssild exercise for 10-15 minutes, and then going to fall asleep (normally,so loose conciousness) after that u will wake up with strange body sensation, and then u need to try a reality check with your dream arm. So try to not move your phisychal arm. Or just simply sit up in the bed, also with ur dream body only

I did the ssild for month couple years ago, i didnt become lucid in a regular dream, but a lot of times i've woke up with strange body sensations and tinglings.
