I had a dream last night after performing many RC's during the day and in the dream i acctually remember performing one but I said that i wasn't dreaming to myself in the dream. How can I prevent this if there is nothing strange in my dream to make myself believe I'm dreaming?

What kind of RCs are you doing? Maybe you're too accustomed to seeing them fail in reality, and that carried over into your dream. Try different RC techniques, and when you do them, even when you're obviously awake, try to fully expect them to confirm that you're dreaming.

YOu are not relaly thinking hard about them in real life then. When you do reality checks, you must do multiple ones. In ddition, you must really stop and think about it and remebr where you were when you did your last one and what was happenign aoudn you. Focus on everythign aorudn you as you do, and then do it again. Thsi should really help.
