I accidentally stumbled upon Lucid Dreaming by practicing it myself. I have been doing it now for a little over a month and have enjoyed it until now. I'm finding myself waking up feeling extremely tired and fatigued all day and feel this must be due to my conscious mind not getting a solid night's sleep because it is constantly "aware". Now, I am finding myself trying very hard NOT to dream at night because I want to get a good nights sleep. Is anyone else finding themselves with the same problem? |
