For the past 2 weeks now I have changed my meditation to a 20min session.The first 10mins I count and focus on my breath and the other 10 is just focusing on breath without counting.
Around the 15min Mark I get hypnotic imagery.At this point I'll be dragged into a random scenario and go with it for about 1min till I realise iv faded off so I then open my eyes and remain on the breath.
If while in a sitted comfortable position would it be possible to have hypnotic imagery and go with that straight into a lucid dream?
