Well I usually only have 1 LD a month, if im lucky, but sometimes I go a long time without them like you do.
What I do when I find im having trouble with it, is just giving trying a break.I stop trying for about a week or so, give my mind a break, and then try and pick up on it again.This seems to give your mind time to relax and do other things that may be important to you at the time.
If after a week of taking a break you still are having just as much trouble, then you should try altering your sleep schedual and see what happens.
