Setting a strong intent throughout the day and then focusing on it intently before falling asleep would help. Try visualizing yourself becoming lucid during these remembered dreams. Play out what you would do once you become lucid. You might want to try working on some induction techniques if you're not already. Doing the MILD technique combined with WBTB could be a good place to start, though there are a variety of induction methods that people employ. |
