How do I train my subconscious mind to wake up when I see lucid wet dreams?

Hi there. I need lucid dreaming techniques to wake up when I see wet dreams. I have done some research on lucid dreaming. I am doing reality checks throughout the day but I cannot control wet dreams at night. Any advice will be appreciated.

Setting a strong intent throughout the day and then focusing on it intently before falling asleep would help. Try visualizing yourself becoming lucid during these remembered dreams. Play out what you would do once you become lucid. You might want to try working on some induction techniques if you're not already. Doing the MILD technique combined with WBTB could be a good place to start, though there are a variety of induction methods that people employ.
