I had a sleep paralysis experience where I was going into dreams, out of them, and simply hallucinating things while being fully aware that I'm paralyzed in real life. One hallucination happened in my actual vision, it was like a slightly cartoonish face with it's beard being separated into pony tails. I'm curious:
1. How do I go from sleep paralysis to a lucid dream instead of simply going into light dreams or hallucinations?
2. How far does hallucinating experiences go during sleep paralysis, can you have substantially desirable experiences during it? This question applies to both the hallucinations you have with your eyes (or one eye) opened and closed, which are obviously much more vivid.
Note: I achieved the sleep paralysis through FILD, it feels bizarre, people describe it as an "anchor" but it's more like a thing you leave in the past and then through processes unknown to you, you just end up in a lucid dream or paralyzed. You don't remember the process at all.
