That can sound somewhat similar... Now that I think about it more, it seems that sometimes when I have these visions, the visions are in different settings, and phrases from people around me actually talking ( in real life) go into the visions.. I mean.. for example ( off the top of my head )... Someone around me will ask a question like " how are you doing?" to the person behind them in class, but in my vision it would be someone totally different, with this real persons voice asking "how are you doing?" in the same way but it could be some person in a hospital asking a patient how are they doing... etc.. strange things like that.. but the whole time I know I am dreaming, and partially awake, but can control the dreams.
