I think that the two characters on the top of my list of people to meet would be Will and Lyra from Phillip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials' trilogy. Those have got to be my favorite books in the whole world!

Among the others I'd like to meet: Peter Parker, Rufus (of the movie Dogma), and Captain Jack Sparrow.
