It was pointed out to me today, when I was objecting that Reality Checks were needlessly silly inventions of New Age Gurus intent upon adding additional chapters to otherwise too thin books, and Work Shop Groups to otherwise thinly planned Weekend Seminars, that Reality Checks were good for proving to people who had already gone Lucid that they were Lucid already.

So, you are already Lucid and wish to play around with something in order to prove it to yourself.

Perhaps you should simply exercise your discernment. A great many people simply know they are Lucid when they are lucid. It is like the flick of a switch.
