Thread: Anybody tried this?

Hi there, when U used this method, did U also always look at your hands during the day? Have looked at my spectacles for weeks and still no LDs,I think this is the fastest RC incorporation I've seen or maybe it varies from person to person. I will definetly try it, Thanks.

I used the very same method which led me to lucid dreaming, the very first day.

I'll have to give this a shot. My wife will likely think I'm nuts looking at my hands before I go to sleep though

Yes, I was doing it all day long for two days. And then I think it was the second night that I had a crazy intense lucid dream. I was very in control of it. Read my post here:
