Just as the subject imply's, I am going to be a new Daddy soon. I am hoping that this will actually be a great time for some lucid dreaming, because of the interupted sleep patterns. Has anyone actually gone through haveing a baby and using the lack of a regular sleep pattern for getting in some good lucid time? It might be a great way to stay rested and energetic. |

Hey, that sounds like it would work! I had my first LD a few nights ago and my sleep patterns were disrupted because it was incredibly stormy and the wind kept waking me up. |

HI, I was going to respond last night but I was very tiered and sick Anyways, I think waking up at all hours of the night could actually be a good thing! I bet your going to be the only Dad in the world thats excited about that, hehe. As long as you have enough sleep to even enter REM, this should be great. |

Thanks everyone, and thanks Barbizzle for the congrats. I like the fact that im putting the lack of sleep in a positive tone for myself. I know I always have crazy non lucid dreams when I am sick and sleeping off and on, so I think this will not be much different. And will last much longer.. But even if it doesnt work out, I will still have a little baby to enjoy spending time with. |

Congrats on the kiddo, Chaka. 8) |
