Why would anyone want to do this? I think it is impossible first of all because the body cannot sustain REM for that duration. Also there is this thing called life out there |

im pretty thats what we call the "imaginatin". thouigh maybe im wrong. prbably in fact. it sound cool, but i tihnk i'd better learn to LD well IN my sleep lol. im still a newbie. |

With enough practice, you should be able to have a lucid dream at any time during the day. We have quite a few here that lucid dream during afternoon naps. All it would take was some meditation to get your mind into a REM state. Difficult, but not impossible. |

I read that book a few years ago. Very dissapointed. I had hoped for something that would apply the value of lucid dreaming to the waking world. As far as I remember he only really has one or two points which he drags out through the whole book. Very little about what we call lucid dreaming. Talking about being aware of the suttle currents (sensations) of life before they manafest, and so not needing to create this dream world (delusion) we experience. Or something to that effect. |
