I read an earlier post where the poster dreamt of playing music from sheet music. When he/she woke up, she was able to recall the notes on the sheet music and transcribed it.

I have been a lucid dreamer since I was a kid and some of my dreams are detailed as well. I pick up books and read them in my dream. I just woke up from a dream where I was reading a technical manual with all kinds of compelx mathematical equations and electronic schematics. The schematics was for audio equipment. The kind used in professional audio recording. (I am an audio enthusiast, but I not technical enough to recognize schematics or understand complex mathematical equations)

My problem is that I do not keep a journal so all of it gets wasted. Like that earlier posted who was able to transcribe the sheet music, does anyone else here sucessfully take things like this and apply them to real life?

I am a musician and composer, and I hear the most wonderful music in my head. I know I created the music myself. There has been times that as soon as I woke up, I headed straight to my keyboards, and tried to recreate the music, but in real life it never sounds as magical as it did in dreamland.

Can anyone comment?

Thanks,
