Thread: problems with dream re-entry using WILD

I have a few questions for you experts out there. How do you get rid of the extremely loud electronic buzzing sound? is it just me or what because every time i do this it happens and it sort of interupts the whole calming process. Also, sometimes my hands curls up uncontrollably when my body is under sleep paralysis and going into WILD, which is also an annoyance/distraction when i am trying to entire lucidity. Any advice would be great
