Thread: Dream Flying - I'm finally getting some control over it

One of my favorite things to do in dreams is fly. Often though I find my self flying straight up and not being able to stop going in the upwards direction, or just suddenly stopping and falling back down. Last night I had a monster sleep for about 10-11 hours. In the later hours I had plenty of vivid dreams as well as a few lucids. In the dreams I was doing lots of flying and I forget how it all started but I started breathing in air when I wanted to go up and blow air out my mouth when I wanted to go down. I think because I had no lungs I was able to breath either way as much as I want. I'm anxious to try it again to see if it was a one of technique to could prove sucessful again. Maybe someone else could give it a shot in their next lucid if they are having trouble flying.
