Real as reality. I don't know what you mean about time, You don't really have a sense of time as it sort of gets distorted in the dream world... 5 mins in real time can feel like more in dream time. Hope this helps a bit.

Well dream time comapred to here time dosent work they are two different things an hour here can equal years there its variable. I think it has to do with our Spirits/mind being able to experience stuff much faster without the external accessories (rest of the body)

Kinda like a computer, a CPU and its cash memory are stupid fast and can do alot in a little time, but when the CPU talks to the Hard drive and and such there is a large decrease in speed.

As for experienceing time in the dream itself, to me it passes just like it does here, but then again my dreams are weird

My psych teacher told us that dreams happen mostly in real time. Those dreams that seem to last for days or years skip from moment to moment and your mind inserts memories from the past. So you'll skip ahead a year and have all these memories that make dream sense about how you got to that point in your life.

The way they know dreams happen in real time is because our eyes look in the same direction in reality as they do in a dream. So they have lucid dreamers give someone watching a signal that they are lucid and about to count out ten seconds (a signal like up down up down left right, and agian when they get to ten seconds).

What they find is that when you count or estimate ten seconds in a dream it actually is about thirteen seconds. This happens in real life, too.

So is it a better memorie? If so sweet i'll try again today yesterday I woke up 90mins after I went to bed and the first thing I was thinking about was that I was flying.
Do you guys have any tips to get in a lucid dream?
O and is it like when you forget that you had one you have no recollection about it or is there one.
Meh, could you give me some tips? Thx.

I duno man, think about your past how can you tell it was real time and not an inserted memory, and how did the mind come up with that memory in an instant that contains the events of an entire year. Ive had some dreams that lasted

lets just say a long time..., they felt like real time while they occured, now they are memories just like in this place I couldnt tell you the difference between the two.. well I can but only because the events are differnt.

Also, regarding REM whos to say that the eyes are connected and in sync or just trying to keep up, they are shut down prehaps because of the proximity and complexity of the connection to our eyes the muscles stay attached to the brain but just cannot keep up with the experiences within the mind.?

We dream every night, if you dont think you had one its probably because you just dont remember it, Im notorious for that.. well uhh not notorious, that would mean like everyone knew about it.. well a couple people do now MAUAHAHAA im notorious now... ok anyways
Yes you had one but you cant remember it. Work on keeping a journal of your dreams, like others have said you need to convince yourself that dreams are an important part of your life and that you need to remember them, eventually you will =)
      like somone else says...

      Im just saying =)

I had one? How do you know?
Well anyway is the real trick is just convincing your self to have them? Or is it deeper? Like would I be able to have one tonght even though I just started yesterday? I had no recollection of that dream only my mind was like... i'm flying, i'm flying, i'm flying, i'm flying, i'm flying. I just reapeated I'm going to dream tonight and be lucid and i'll remeber. Is that the right thing to say?

Someone? How long did it take you and like what did you do? How is it so different then other dreams? What should I do to attain lucidty I want to do the most things as possible. Is it possible to stay in a dream for a dream year and the dream is the same length as a normal one but you have all the memories of like dreaming for a year? Has anyone had this happen to them?

Dude.... Its like rl but you are not limited. Open your self open your heart. Seek wisdom and gain knowledge. I have explained enough in my posts. Lding or whatver you want to acclomplish is easy its like aquiring a black belt in tae kwon do. It means nothing its the start of awareness. Dont trip you will not get far trying to accoplish things your scared or fearfull of.
