Your doing ok! I am also a begginner, and I just now found my dream sign. Some people it takes a couple daysto strt having LDS, but for others it takes months. Just stay with it, and by no time, you'l have one. |

I have been recalling dreams for two months. I can recall, on average, two dreams a night. I have only had one lucid dream before and it was not even intentional. I feel like I should have an ld at least every once in a while by now, but I dont. Am I expecting too much of myself too soon? Also, I am wondering how long it took anyone who reads this to have lucid dreams on a regular basis. |

The rate of progress is differernt for everyone. There are some people, like the Senoi, who spend their lives trying to Lucid Dream. Lucid Dreaming is just liek learning a musical instruemnt. Some people can pick it up as fast as lighting, while it takes longer and more effort for others. Just keep working at it, and you'll be fine |
