I've suffered with sleep paralysis for most of my life. Eversince I joined DV and have started to seriously look into my dreams, I haven't had a bout of SP. I still wake up multiple times a night but never have SP.

It's odd to not suffer this anymore.
Is this loss of SP a good or bad thing? I'm not sure.
