i'm looking for an hourly RC alarm

I would like an alarm that is tiny enough for me to have in my pocket at work. A strong vibrating one would be the best. Any ideas? What do you use???

Well, I would suggest using the alarm function on a wristwatch...it doesn't vibrate but it still works well enough...

Personally, I never hear the hourly beep on a watch. Perhaps this method is a little complicated, but it would definitely work. All you need is a mobile phone and a computer with an always-on Internet connection.

Just download and install two programs: A scheduling program (such as cron) and a SMS texting program (such as smssend).

Then all you need to do is configure the scheduler to launch smssend to send a message to your mobile phone every hour during the day, and set your phone to vibrate when it recieves a message.

I would too advise a wrist-watch. I don't know about the existance of tiny things that vibrate hourly =)

Here is the clock that I have:

It really works well as it's small enough to fit in your pocket, you can program up to twelve alarms (either vibrate or tone) and it has 3 vibration levels and three loudness levels for the tones.
