Ok, the other day I was trying an obe(yeas it was before I ever had a successful lucid, but I could do an obe, wake up later and do a WILD) and I got to the vibration stage. I felt it go all through my body and after about 1 min. I tried lifting up... instead of my astral body lifting up, it was my physical lifting up..... so I want to know how to get past this roadblock...
