Hello...
I was pondering making my own Dream Light.. one that detects the REM and sends an alarm. I am trying to make it simple. I though about using some components from a motion detector (security type) and mount in goggles. I am not sure if the IR Sensor will detect the REM, though. If any one has tried this, or knows how this will work, please message me!
