Sounds like you are off to a great start. The only thing you need now is practice. Keep at it, I feel you are very close. |

I had my first go at WILD last night. I was very relaxed and had meditated before I tried it (at 4am). I cleared my head blah blah blah and was about five minutes into it when all of a sudden I felt like I'd fainted. My back suddenly turned very numb, but was also vibrating at the same time. I couldnt move my physical body but I could still feel I was in it. I tried to relax but it was so wierd and unlike anything I'd ever felt I panicked and it started to fade. I relaxed again and it started to come back, but then I heard footsteps, and it was just my natural reaction to listen closer. This took me straight out of the transition phase. I was shaking very violently when I opened my eyes. Can I get any tips on ignoring noises and keeping a clear mind, and does anyone else experience shaking when they emerge? |

what seeker said, you should practice you're very close. Just try and not think about the noises, let them sound but pay no atention, that should get you covered |

Here and there...
Thanks. I'll keep trying. |
