      Caffeine + WILD.

      Caffeine- a help or a hindrance in attaining a WILD?

      The obvious benefit being that it helps you stay conscious/awake.
      The obvious drawback being that it KEEPS you awake too long.

      On a side note I was interested in this as I attribute the downing of a 1.25 litre bottle of coke as a help to engage me in my first near-WILD. I awakened because I needed the bathroom , but that's unrelated to caffeine because water is a better substitute. Just wondering if the caffeiene aspect helped me or stopped me from becoming lucid?
      I always lie. That means that statement must be a lie. But then it was the truth. So then it was false... etc.

      Caffeine has never been much of a help to me. I mean, if I take too little, than it doesn't have an effect. If I take too much than it just makes my mind race and I cannot concentrate. People are different though, so who knows what your results will be?

      Caffeine = not sleeping

      only if you could like fall asleep in 5 seconds (and thus not succeeding in WILDing), a bit of caffeine will prevent you from lozing 'grip' of conciousness I guess.
