LOL - your mind was messing with you! But did you write this all down in your dream journal? |
Haha, I "woke up" in the middle of the night last night, I wrote down some quick notes about the dream I was having then went back to sleep. I woke up this morning to find there weren't any notes...and I totally forgot the dream I had. Damn. |

Absolutely - always write anything and everything related to dreaming in your dream journal. Even in this case where you couldn't remember the dream that you supposedly wrote in your journal, it's important to write down the fact that it was a false awakening and what you experienced. When you're in the habit of writing anything dream-related in your journal, you will condition your mind to remember more and more. |

Ah, very annoying when something like that happens. I did have a similar problem once, I found that the best way to overcome it was by doing a reality check whenever I woke up. This way you won't be writing your journal in a false awakening, you'll be having a lucid dream. |
Wow, I've never written down my dreams during a false awakening. Then again, the odds of my writing my dreams down right when I wake up would be pretty low anyways. Anyways, interesting dream |

never done that in a FA before. |
