I tend to get a lot of WILDs started when I take powernaps during the day. I used to sleep about 5 - 6 hours then take a 1 - 2 hour nap in the afternoon. The efficiency to have LDs depends on the person I guess. Some people have DILDs all the time with RCs, other people have WILDs all the time. Just figure out what's working for you.
