I have been to multiple dream forums and so far no one can help but I will try here as well. Every night I have nightmares, and 99% of nights the nightmares are all I have all night. They vary, rarely repeating. It goes from the building I am in being on fire, to storms coming to snakes/ spiders, to various people/monsters trying to kill me, and everything in between. Every night I am being chased or what have you by something and I hate it, I don't know how to help it. I don't eat within 4 hours of bed, I don't take any caffiene period, I have tried different directional orientations for sleeping, tried different surfaces, tried different elevations, tried music on/off and different types, tried stress reducing methods. Does anyone have any hints? I am a Psych major and none of my Psych ppl here cna explain it either. Plz post or email me or whatever, or MSN, [email protected]. Thanks
