      Sleep Paralysis is WEAK!

Seriously. Sleep Paralysis used to be something kinda scary (before i didn't know what it was)....but now...... it's super weak as hell. (Excuse me for sound like sounding very negative just want to spill it)

Can snap out of it so easy and it doesn't do it's job. I'll be in a lucid dream, then Mr. Sleep Paralysis fails and I reenact what I'm doing in my LD and wake up. Any Help pleeeeze?

Is this sleep paralysis something that I want to experience? It sounds interesting but I'm scared of rollercoasters, I wonder how something like this is

So you're WILDing when you have this problem, right? If so, just relax a bit before you try to go lucid. Let the dream form more fully. Probably you just haven't fully entered REM sleep, so you aren't completely into SP yet.

And to Dagget, it will most certainly freak you out the first time. Not so much the sleep paralysis as the sounds, but it'll creep you out. But it's most certainly worth doing, and after the first time it won't bother you anymore.

lol Yeah it's a real trip

Alrighty Tsen, thanks. Have noticed that, when I don't really let the Dream form more fully. Cuz sometimes right when the dream starts i'll get lucid and wild!... thanks for the Tip!!
