Thread: Aliens

I seem to have a lot of dreams about all that ufo stuff. A couple of times I had pleasant expirences where others have been frightening. Does anyone know what this means?

By "UFO stuff" do you mean to say you've "awakened" paralyzed, seeing strange patterns of light, experiencing strange sensations, and feeling that there is another presence with you in your room? If so, you are most likely in a state known as sleep paralysis, which is a perfectly normal part of your sleep cycle and a very effective doorway into lucid dreaming if you know how to utilize it properly. It's your brain's way of keeping you immobilized so you don't harm yourself physically while dreaming. If you become conscious during this phase, all of the above can manifest in extremely disturbing ways, often causing panic in those who don't understand it. "Alien abduction" is a common interpretation.

I noticed you are relatively new to the board and may not have heard about this phenomenon before. If you have, I apologize.
