      Problem

I seem to have a problem.

I've been thinking about lucid dreams for the last three or four days, and before I go to bed, I've either really focused on having one, or even attempted a WILD six hours later. Problem is, in the last four days, I have had next to NO dreams(that is non-lucid or lucid) that I can recall, the only one I can recall was tiny and extremely vivid. Maybe thinking about dreaming actually prevents me from doing it. I don't know.

Does anyone else have a simliar problem, or have any advice? It's rather annoying.

Oh, and I've also been taking a couple of vitamin b-6 pills an hour or so before bed. Still nothing.

Doubt can be your worst enemy, and if you're in a rut of not recalling dreams, you'll naturally begin to doubt that you will recall or LD before you even start.

Try taking a break for a couple days or so. Sometimes you can be putting so much pressure on yourself to LD, that it kills your recall and everything. This has happened to me before, and when I take a break from it, I will sometimes find myself having an unexpected LD without even trying. Even if you don't, when you get back to it you'll be starting fresh, and hopefully without any pre-conceived idea that you may fail.

Sometimes if I get to where I cannot recall my dreams I will take 3mg of melatonin.. Most of the time that will kick it back in gear.. Dont know if it works for everyone but it has helped me out

I think you should take them earlier before you go to sleep. I've never taken B6 but i think i remember reading that some people would take them around midday or so to get the best results.

the rabbit hole is pretty deep mang

I have heard that to. Also to much b6 to close to bedtime can keep you awake
