Thread: Levaquin

A few months ago my mother had an infection and needed to take the anti-biotic Levaquin, it had various negative side effects as it does with many patients (dim vision, loss of taste), and is a very touchy drug, some people have had extream reactions to it (degenerative muscles, death, loss of vision) many of which permenant (especially death ) I dont suggest ANYONE take this drug but I am no doctor- thankfully she recovered fully so its all good,

but levaquin had another very intersting side effect, it gave my mom self described, "movie theatre like dreams". She would goto sleep at night, and have picture clear LONG, all night dreams, as in, when the dream started it would continue until she woke up.

I dont know what to make of it, but here is a wiki article on it if anyone could identify the 'ingredient' or chemical that caused such vividness, it might be worth looking into
