Hey and welcome daydreamer. There's a lot of things to prevent this, and it will improve in time. Waking up so fast is usually because people get really excited when they become lucid, and this can disrupt it. Some common things you can do are rubbing your hands together, or dream 'spinning', where you pretty much spin yourself in a circle and it helps to stabilize everything. Looking at the ground can also, generally anything that can help you focus and that is sensory will help you stay in the dream longer. |
