I tried to have a lucid dreams before 4 days. I have registered this forum only for beyond dreaming, but then i have read other topics and i found out that LD is cool.
So I'we tried on this way and it worked for me at the first time.
When I was going to sleep I relaxed completely for about 5-10 minutes.
Then i tried to go to theta state of mind, but in a fast way- max 5 min. I have repeated to myself in loud:
"I will remember my dreams." this for about 20 times. Then quickly relax and repeat the second one: " I will have lucid dreams" or make some great statement for yourself. Repeat this 20 times. And then I relaxed completely and allow my mind to go from theta state to dream.
That wasn't some great lucid dreams but with this tipe of practice you will get faster results, I hope. That exercise is based on self suggestion.
I continue to practice and I think that in a month or two I will be able to be a good lucid dreamer.
