Thread: what is YOUR nightly routine?!

What time do you usually go to sleep?

Do you usually try WILDing?

How many times do you wake up during the night?

stuff like that, I will start it off:

I usually go to bed by 10:30-11:00 and try to hypnotize myself "I will realize that i am dreaming..." I wake up around 3:30 and attempt WILD's. Then a few WBTB before I wake up for good.

Anywhere between 11pm and one am.
I don't try WILDing as soon as i get into bed, i just fall asleep!
I usually wake up once or twice, but don't focus on my recall.

-I usulay go to bed around midnight.

-I think I have given up on WILDing, i prefer WBTB much better.

-Well, depending on what im doing the next day and what i did the day beofre, ill wake up from 0 to 3 times.

-I tell myself as I go to sleep that I will be aware that I am dreaming and wake up remembering the whole thing.

Bed between 11 and 2, depending. With a good book, a cup of hot chocolate (or tea, if I have no chocolate) and a snack, like crisps or jaffa cakes

Idly try (but not hard) to wild.

I don't try to wake myself up for wbtb any more as my housemates wake me up, and keep me awake, more than enough, and it is getting hard to get enough sleep, so I have to try and sleep for the whole time.

In the morning I will go for a pee, maybe have a drink, and try to LD properly, if I don't have to get up and go anywhere. This has been my most successful time.
