For almost two years, I worked nights for a major photo-developing company, so I'm pretty confident that I know exactly what you mean about messed up sleep schedules. My dreams weren't effected by the time switch at all. However, I did notice that I had a more difficult time trying to wake up from dreams in the evening than I did from dreams in the morning. By that I mean I would hear my alarm clock go off, but be unable to ‘get back to my body’ (so to speak). |
