      Wierd expirience and a question

First of all this site helped me so much and I thank all of you

Anyway, today I had my best recall so far - seven dreams (previously was 6)/
In one dream I had a moment of lucidity, I think, where I did the plugged nose RC and it worked.
I remember having no vibrations like my previos LDs. I spinned and rubbed my hand. The only thing I couldn't do is to open my dream eyes. I tried to think about a different location but I failed and lost lucidity.

In the next dream I was talking to a friend in school about the lucid dream I had.

I'll add and say I didn't try any method. I wasn't planning to lucid dream, although im highly motivated.

So, is this normal? I want to believe it was a DILD but it was so wierd

Generally most LDs are DILDs unless you try some specific technique. Spontaneously becoming aware or even talking about lucid dreaming in your dreams is a sign that your mind acknowledges the concept on lucidity and that you are on the right track.

But is it normal to dream about talking to someone about that lucid dream?

yes. i've had dreams where i'm writing the last dream that i had in my dream journal, or describing my last dream to a dream character. it's both frustrating and hilarious after i wake up.

Re: Talking about dream in dream

      Hi
Yes I think it's normal to sometimes be talking about a dream within a dream when you''re lucid. The most annoying (and afterwards the most funny) time I ever had was once when I was lucid I started to tell the dream characters that they weren't real and they were just dream characters and we ended up having an arguement about it. I was fully aware I was lucid and couldn't understand how this subconscious part of me was still asleep! I was quite amused by the whole thing when I awoke.

The other thing is I have noticed that sometimes my lucidity is triggered because I start to interpret the dream I am having and that 'wakes me up'. I've then noticed that if I continue to interpret what I'm seeing and make sense of it, the dream shifts and folds into new patterns and new images as I perceive the meanings. Interesting stuff.

      Bright Blessings
