I had a dream where black cats were trying to kill me--by coming through the center of my bedroom door--i reailzed i was dreaming, and kept hitting myself in the head to wake myself up...the next morning i went on google typed in "Controling Your Dreams" and found out about Lucid Dreaming and found this site..
