      Lunar eclipse

I had two lucid dreams around this time last year and seem to be unable to have had anymore since then...

I was reading about lucid dreaming on another forum before my frist one and the user posted that her hands were her dream sign and sure enough after reading that my hands were also my dreamsign (for that dream)

anyway i was wondering if because its coming up to a lunar eclipse could that have any effect on inducing lucid dreaming

      just a thought
      they made me do it!

I don't know. I was born during a lunar eclipse, and I'm definitely not a LD natural...
But the moon does have a huge effect on things. It's a good thought.

people tend to superimpose superstitious expectations on their patterns of lucid dreaming. They have one lucid dream while sleeping oriented toward the North and so they suppose they must forever after sleep pointing North. Or they have a Lucid Dream while sleeping naked and so they must strip down completely before bed for the rest of their lives. Or one has a drink before going to bed and then has a Lucid Dream and one becomes a virtual alcholic from then on out.

It would be better to disregard all such details, as taking them seriously will only screw with your head and tangle up your life. It is better and safer to see Lucid Dreams as coming entirely from the promptings of the Higher Dream Mind which operates quite independently of any details seen in parallel. Such details are only coincidental.
