Hello, i know this sounds all nagging and rubbish but..... you are meant to get between 6 and 8 hours sleep a night, if you try MILD obviously this breaks your natural sleep if you wake half way thru sleep with an alarm, and then go back to sleep you go back to the 1st stage of sleep. Basically i need a solid 8 hours of sleep otherwise im no good to anyone, its is millitary to do MILD in order to have a LD? |
