      Should you do it?

Hello, i know this sounds all nagging and rubbish but..... you are meant to get between 6 and 8 hours sleep a night, if you try MILD obviously this breaks your natural sleep if you wake half way thru sleep with an alarm, and then go back to sleep you go back to the 1st stage of sleep. Basically i need a solid 8 hours of sleep otherwise im no good to anyone, its is millitary to do MILD in order to have a LD?

I kind of had a LD last night but i messed it all up with too much excitement!

You need to use your own judgment. If LDing is that important. Personally, when it comes to my health, all other things are second. If you absolutely need an eight uncompromising hours, I would say don't MILD. Why not try DILDing or something like that?

Well, I personally think you don't necessary need it every day again but it would certainly be healthy to get that amount of sleep as frequently as possible. So, I think it would be ok if you tried MILD on days where you know nothing important is happening or you know you can sleep out a little longer in the morning. But certainly not everyday, no.

But yeah, consider other methods as well. But if you really feel MILD will work best for you, I'd take it easy and not overdo it too much
