      Reading EWOLD

      I was just wondering about this book, and if it has more to help with attaining lucidity.

      That book is a very helpful resource. I think just reading it has a profound effect on your dreaming.

      I'm in the process of reading it, so I voted yes.
      It's had a major effect on my dreams, as well.

      its a huge cliche, but it really is the bible of lucid dreaming. i started having lucids the week i began reading it
