Look out ladies, I'm back! Sorry for the hiadas, but life has had me distracted recently. I'm back to the important stuff now!

As the topic suggests, I had a totaly backwards WILD the other night. I can't think of any other way to explain it. I was having some random dream (can't remember what it was) when I woke up in my bed. On waking up, I caught myself and held on to that half awake - half asleep moment. The next thing I knew, I was back in the dream, but still aware of my waking body lying in bed. In my dream body, I jumped up in the air ... not really sure why ... and immediately began floating upward. So I went with it. The ground retreated beneath me, then became a series of green-colored spheres in a grid pattern, still shrinking with distance. The feeling of accelerating lift was incredible. The grid trailed until it became a globe, the entire planet, still receeding. The next thing I knew, I was back in my waking body. To test for sleep paralysis, I tried lifting my arms. Sure enough, I felt my arms lift, and I ALSO felt them stay put. My "dream" arms started tingling then. I lowered them back, and when they touched my real arms, that tingling exploded throughout my entire body, more intensely then I've ever felt. It slowly tapered off, and after a few minutes, I was completely awake. So I went back to sleep.

It seems to me that I went through the steps of a good WILD, but did them all backwards! Has anybody else here ever done that? It's the strangest feeling.

That's pretty cool - I don't think there would be any reason that WILD couldn't work in reverse. It's just like losing the dream - but holding on to the intense HI and feeling the full-on SP. Not that I would know, but I sounds like it was a cool experience.
