      Longer and better dreams

      I stated Learning about lucid dreams about a mouth and ago and in that Time I've had 5 LDs. The thing is that the dreams that I have no control over are getting longer and more life like. I'm even eating food in the dreams which I never did before. Is there anyway I can use this for dream signs?

      Is the food you eat in your dreams somehow different than your usual nutrition?

      Maybe do reality checks everytime you eat (something new)?
