Grr...I've been getting vivid dreams every night, and of course i keep a DJ, but the problem is when I wake up in the morning, I know that half the stuff that happened in the dream is BEYONE ABSURD, but when i'm in the dream, I NEVER seem to realize it...I perform RCs every day and concentrate on LD, so I hoped that this habbit would carry over into my dreams and I would suddenly become aware of the fact that i'm dreaming, but it's weird because for some reason it never ever happens. BTW...the thing that keeps happening is the dream where your teeth fell out...it happened to me last night and it was really really awkward going around trying to not open your mouth....weird. |

You really have to practice at it. It took me a few months to get halfway decent dream recall, and it'll be worth it. Plus, don't make your RC's a habit, or else they don't do you any good. Try and figure out where you are and how you got there. You actually have to think when you're doing this type of RC, so give that a try. |

That's what is most challenging about LDing. It takes a lot of practice and patience, as mongreloctopus said. You'll get the hang of it sooner or later. |
