Lucid dream carried on where I left off.

A few minutes ago I woke from a Lucid Dream that was not like any I had ever encountered. It was a very clear, Lucid Dream. The strange thing was that it picked up where I left off from another Lucid Dream I had a few months before.

The dream was the one from Nuremberg,

I dreamt that I was one of the foot soldiers standing in line at one of the Nuremberg Rallies. Adolph Hitler was talking up on his huge podium; I could not understand him at all. After a few minutes of standing I suddenly was at a medal ceremony where Adolph was pinning medals on some soldiers, I was one of them. When he reached me, he pinned the Iron Cross on my shirt looked at me for a second then walked to the next. I awoke to start writing in my Dream Journal.[/b]
The dream picked up just as I had the Iron Cross pinned on me. I stood there hands by sides and not looking around, because it was customary to just stand like a zombie. When Hitler had walked out of the room an officer shouted something in German and we began walking off, through a door.

A few minutes of taking in the detail of the dream as we were walking we reached what I saw to be the dorms or sleeping quarters. The officer shouted something else and the other soldiers relaxed and started walking to their beds.

Confused as hell, I walk to a bunk with “MA” painted on the end. Seeing as my initials are MA I assumed as much. When I climbed into the bunk and put my head down I woke up. Sharply and was a little disorientated after that.

Has this happened to anyone else? (The on-going dream, not the Nuremberg dream)

That sounds really, really cool! I've never experienced the continuation of a dream that had that much time elapsed in between them. Anyway, I hope you continue to experience these things and that you continue to share them with us if you do.

Nikolaa, thanks for your post. In my case, I don’t believe in an Astral Realm as such. I do, however, respect your opinion.

Gwendolyn, I very much hope that I have another continuation of this particular dream. It’s playing out as a story, but first hand. I’m trying not to be too exited but I’m having trouble. I will defiantly post if I have another. Thank you for your response.

OT: Hi, I'm new to this forum. I was looking for people where I could compare my lucid dreaming with others. After reading some information on the internet. As it didn't really correspond I wanted to really find some other lucid dreaming people.

back to topic: Actually this happens to me many times. And I can control it from time to time. It mostly happens when I dream about a alternative future/present or past. I try to live in the world as it is but I do slight changes and then I just watch what happens next. It helped me many times to solve some problems.

Also it happened to me when I created a story about a group of adventurers on a quest (they were supposed to find one artefact somewhere deep in a desert. - there was an underground "kingdom"). It was actually my first lucid dream and I wanted this story to continue. Several months later after the first part I dreamed again about them. and it started where the last dream stopped.

But mostly it just happens. When I'm aware of my dreams and I don't really have a control about them I usually continue in a dream I already dreamed before. (sometimes I wonder if it is me controlling the dream or my brain without my real consciousness).

It's good to know that i'm not the only one STsung.

Last night I had a normal dream, no assistance, just came to me. It was almost the exact copy of my first Lucid Dream that I posted here. With me standing in line and everything after. The only thing that was different was it was sort of foggy and it was not Lucid, at all. I don't know why i'm having these dreams, but i'm looking forward to more.
