      Lucid or No?

I tend to have many dreams per night.
& Most of the time, I can remember a lot of it.
The other night, I had four dreams.

      Dream #1 :
I was with my friend and I was driving all over the place and I met up with my friend Alex and Chris "downtown." My dream all of a sudden led into another part of my dream where I drove my brothers F150 into a resturaunt (undestroyed) and was offered food by chinese hosts.

      Dream #2:
It was intimate with my friend Alex so I prefer to not go into detail, but I have to say I remember everything that happened and it was very intense the way it did happen.
What I do remember though is my surroundings, It was a hotel room. The bed sheets were floral.. the room was painted a nice gold and it was big with nice wood furniture and a bed set and a Large Circular mirror by the bed w/ a drawer.

      Dream #3:
I was awake in this dream. I called my bestfriend and told her about my dream with Alex and we then made plans to go to the mall with Alex and Chris.

      Dream #4:
We were at a beautiful downtown , an unidentifed downtown and at one point we were in a trolley that led to "Compton" which was a huge sign like.. "Disneys California Adventure" except Compton was a huge outdoor mall with a part of it as a theme park. and at one point, Chris was driving and I said "Where are we going?" and they said "our favorite place, COMPTON!!" I was on a phone in the car talking to someone when all of a sudden my cell phone ring tone goes off and I say "Hold on, My cell is ringing" and I wake up b/c my bestfriend is calling me.

      My dreams are weird.
Just the night before I had these dreams, I was talking to my bestfriend about making plans going out to go to the mall with these boys, I had talked to my friend that I was driving with in my dream that day, and I had also explained to my bestfriend how I took the car out.

This is not the first time that I'd had a dream that was very much related to conversations I had had the night before..

      Am I a Lucid Dreamer?

you have to know that you are dreaming, but you do have extremely good dream recall so you're off to a good start

the rabbit hole is pretty deep mang

For a dream to be officially "lucid" you have to be aware that you're dreaming. However, it's good that you're noticing that these dreams can be a result of what's happened during the day.

Keep working on your recall and I would advise looking through them after you have several written down and see if there's a pattern of things that appear on a regular basis in your dreams (dream signs). Then, try to keep track and see if those things happen during the day and when they do ask yourself if you're dreaming. If you can get in that habit when you're awake it should carry over to when you're asleep and you will be more apt to realize that you're dreaming.

I'd also take a look at the tutorials we have here and see if you want to try working with one of those.
