      Lucid dreaming worls/reality

As I said somewhere on the forum I create quite often the real world around me and I just live in it. Not sure if it a good thing in first place. (maybe I should stop..but usually it helps me)

It happened to me several times that I thought that what happened in my dreams actually happened in reality.

Is there anyone who does what I do also? If yes, how do you recognize what was real in real word and what was just in your dreams? (the problem is that both memories feel the same way - I'm mean..they are real for me.)

You might benefit from keeping a dream journal. It may sharpen your memory.

As well you may get a clearer sense of things that are different in dreams:

      physics
      emotions
      characters
      time
      skills[list]

I used to have quite a few dreams like that. The best (and worst) part about them was that they were usually about things going quite well, and you know how you get that warm feeling in dream when things are going nicely. Anyway, there's one thing that always allows me to distinguish between those dreams and reality: I woke up after the dreams. I would be one place, and the next thing I knew, I was in bed, just waking up.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.

Maybe I should really start a dream journal.
      Thanks for comments.
