      I think...

      Hey.
      I had only one lucid experience, after realising I'm dreaming I suddenly woke up of course...

      But I think few days ago I had lucid dream... the problem is that I don't remember it and I recall some little memory after few days!!!

      I said to myself few days ago to not be so much active in trying to remember dreams or having a lucid dream. So two nights I didn't even wrote a dream journal. Last evening I decided to start to be after this pause active again, so I came here on the Forum and starting to read some posts - before I go to bed.

      I'm reading and reading, and in somebody's post was mentioned "looking at yours hands"... and then it came to me - BANG! I get this memory about me rubbing my hands and trying to stay cool (together with feeling I had first time I had realised I'm dreaming - few weeks ago). From one of the nights before...

      Do you also have experience like this?

      I'm asking to myself a question... Was I lucid of was I dreaming?

      Sounds to me like a lucid dream. You just need to work on your recall a little. Try keeping a dream journol. They really help with that. And do frequent Reality Checks. You should be on the road to total success.

      I think my dream recall is pretty good, at least one dream per night, but usually two - the last ones (in the morning) I think.

      I didn't start with reality checks yet, I think I start tommorow
